Children Park Secondary Boarding School

Children Park Secondary Boarding School is located in the heart of Dhading bensi. Established in 2053 BS, it offers quality education from Play Group to Grade 12. CPSBS prides itself on the quality of its educational programs, the professionalism of its staff, the enthusiasm of its students and the high level of support provided by parents and community members. We are an English medium school and we actively seek participation and involvement from the whole school community. The school started in 2053 BS with primary classes and student numbers totaled 154. It started grade XI and XII from 2062. This organization started BBS (Affiliated to TU) program as CP College from 2067. We currently have 1500+ students in our school including college.

Discipline Rule

Rules and Regulations for students

1. Be in school on time (9:30 to 9:45) and reach home in time.

2. Attend the morning and evening assembly compulsorily.

3. Be in proper uniform and maintain personal hygiene

4. Maintain your hair as directed by the school. 

5. Speak English within the school premises.

6. Do not bring junk food e.g. chewing gum, chocolates, etc., and any food wrappers.

7. Do not visit other classes without the teacher's permission.

8. Do not throw any wastage on the ground.

9. Be in the queue while using toilets, drinking water, etc.

10. Walk normally; do not drag your feet producing sound. 

11. Prior information from the guardians is necessary if you have to leave the school during the school hour.

12. Use polite language to speak to your teacher and friends

13. Save the school's property.

14. Do not bring any valuable things like jewels and any other unnecessary things.

15. Any kind of graffiti is strictly prohibited. 

16. Inform your teacher if any problem arises.

Leave Rules

All students must be present on the first day and last day of each term. Students must also be present on the re-opening day after The Summer/Winter Break.

1) All student attendance will be 75% Compulsory.
 

2) In all cases of absence from school, the parent is expected to make a note in the specified section of the school calendar.
 

3) Absence for 3 to 5 days on medical grounds must be accompanied by a medical certificate and should be sanctioned by the Coordinator. For any other absence of more than 5 days, the written sanction of the Principal is required.
 

4) Students who are absent on the re-opening days after a Term/holidays without prior permission from the Principal will not be permitted into the class.
 

5) No student should leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal/ V. Principals/Coordinator. Parents seeking to take their child/ward during school hours must meet the Principal/ V. Principals/Coordinator for permission. Students will be permitted to leave the class during school hours only when the parent reports in person at the school reception and secures the necessary permission.
 

6) Students will not be sent with drivers/friends/relatives without the written request of the Parent.
 

7) Students who have been absent for more than a month without permission are liable to have their names struck off the rolls and have to seek readmission.
 

8) Students suffering from contagious diseases must stay away from school and seek medical attention. A student returning to school after suffering from an infection or contagious disease should produce a fitness certificate from the Doctor. ​

 

 9) It is compulsory for the students to complete 75% of attendance in the year to make them eligible to sit for their final exams. The percentage, however, could be relaxed on medical grounds but such students will not be eligible for any academic rewards.
 

10) Any student leaving from school early or coming late to school ( after the second period ) will be marked absent for the day.
 

 

 

 

Bus Rules

Rules for Getting on the Bus Safely

  1. Be at the bus stop 5 minutes prior to the arrival of the bus. Never run to or from the bus.
  2. Wait at your designated stop in a safe place, back from the side of the road.
  3. Remember never to stand in the danger zone that surrounds the bus. The danger zone is anywhere close enough for you to touch the bus.
  4. If you need to cross the street to get on the bus, always wait until the bus has come to a complete stop. Always walk, don’t run.
  5. Hold the handrail as you get on the bus. Do not push or shove.

Rules for Riding the Bus Safely

  1. Take your seat promptly and sit properly, facing forward at all times.
  2. Place bags and parcels under your seat or on your lap.
  3. Keep the aisle of the bus clear at all times.
  4. Always keep your head, hands, and arms inside the bus.
  5. Throwing objects inside or outside of the bus is not permitted.
  6. Talk quietly; the driver needs to concentrate to safely drive the bus. Fighting, shouting, or the use of obscene language is not permitted.
  7. Participate in all bus evacuation procedures.
  8. Dangerous, disturbing, or annoying objects are not permitted on the bus.
  9. Eating and drinking (this includes chewing gum) are not allowed on school buses at any time. This rule protects students or drivers that have food allergies and anaphylaxis, prevents choking, and maintains bus cleanliness.
  10. Smoking is not permitted on the bus.
  11. Always follow the bus driver’s instructions

Rules for Leaving the Bus Safely

  1. Remain in the seat until the bus comes to a complete stop.
  2. When you leave the bus, hold the handrail and take two
  3. Large steps away from the bus. To cross the street in front of the bus, walk ahead at least ten giant steps (three meters). Cross only when the driver gives a signal. Proceed across the street, looking both ways for oncoming traffic.
  4. If everyone is getting off the bus, the people at the front leave first. Do not push.

 

 

 

Uniform Rules

These Regulations represent a common system of values and guidelines regarding the school uniform and dress code of students, teachers, and school staff. All participants in the school life shall promote the moral values and rapport in compliance with these Regulations.

The uniform for female teachers consists of:

1. Pink Kurta,

2. Green Trouser,

3. Green scarf.

The uniform for male teachers consists of:

1. Black Pant

2. White shirt,

3. Red tie and

4. Black Shoe.

 

Students have a specified uniform.

Examination Rule

Instructions for the Examinee

 

  1. One inch margin should be left on both sides of the answer sheet/s.

 

  1. Extra materials like calculators, pencils, etc. must be brought by the examinees themselves.

 

  1. Examinees will not be allowed to leave the exam hall before the warning bell.

 

  1. Do not write anything except your answer in the answer sheet/s.

 

  1. Except for the front inside cover page, examinees should write on both sides of the answer sheet/s.

 

  1. Extra answer sheet/s must be stitched with the main answer sheet and got signed with the invigilator.

 

  1. Examinees can use the Answer sheet/s for rough work making "rough work" or cross.

 

  1. Before leaving the exam hall, answer sheet/s must be submitted to the invigilator. Uses of unfair means like cheating, prefilled data in calculator, extra sheets are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.

 

  1. Examinees are not allowed to go out without the invigilator's permission.

 

  1. Examinees are not allowed to carry their cell phones during the examination period.
